| Abstract: | Periodicals are one of the important literature resources for scientific research and learning, which exist primarily as printing periodicals, and electron and on-line periodicals. Nowadays when libraries are advancing to modernization, in colleges and universities, librarians and readers should all understand fully the present existing conditions of periodicals and their carrying information. Such people should also take all possible measures to explore and utilize deeply and fully the resources of periodicals. |
