| Abstract: | The assumption of human nature is the key way of Western management theory,it is different from the discussion of human nature in philosophy level,it tend to specific goal-directed,with the specific nature of the characteristics of objectivity and empirical,then form its own study paradigm.Understanding the human nature from methodological viewis important for learning and grasping the management theory from the West. |
