| 摘 要： | 我国信息立法中存在着立法失衡、立法零乱、法律法规内容粗泛或陈旧、各法之间缺乏必要的关联、映射和支持和缺乏一个信息基本法的问题。建议加强信息立法、加强信息法的执法与监督、加强信息法制教育、加强信息立法研究、加强技术防范。参考文献 5
