| 摘 要： | 假动作是摔跤运动的重要技术环节，娴熟自如的假动作，能诱使对手失去节奏。显露技术上的破绽，使己方掌握争斗的主动权。因此，要注重建立强烈的运用假动作的意识，使之成为一种独特的技术风格。同时，要认真研究把握假动作在运用中的规律，做到假戏真做，达到出其不意、出奇制胜之效果。

| Abstract: | Feint is very important for wrestling. A skillful feint can not only trick the opponent to lose his balance and reveal his weak points, but have the initiative in one's own hands in wrestling. Thus, the wrestler should make feints on his own initiative in wrestling and carefully study and try to master the application principles of feint so as to trick and defeat the opponent by a surprise attack. |
