| 摘 要： | 采用固相微萃取/气相色谱／质谱法分析毕拨挥发油化学成分，在毕拨挥发油化学成分中，共分离出115个成分，鉴定出其中的81个成分，已鉴定成分占总挥发油成分峰面积的97．83％；主要为萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等化合物，含量较高的成分是α-律草烯（4．44％）、α-姜黄烯（4．94％）、大根香叶烯-d（5．67％）、十五烷（12．30％）、β-没药烯（6．20％）、十七（碳）-8-烯（6．66％）、8-十七（碳）烯（9．29％）、十七烷（9．07％）等化合物。

| Abstract: | The Chemical components of the essential oil from Piperlongum L were analyzed by GC - MS , and the essential oil chemical compo- sition was extracted by solid phase mieroextraction. , 115 components were separated and identified 81 components by GC - MS. The amount of the components of the f essential oil chemical composition were determined by normalization method and 97.83% of the total the essential oil chemical composition. The main chemical components are alpha - humulene （ 4.44 % ）, Cyclodedecanc 、 alpha - eurcumene （ 4.94 % ）, germacrene - d （ 5. 67% ） ,pentadecane （ 12.30% ） ,beta - Bisabolene （6.20%）, Heptadee - 8 -ene （6.66%）, 8 - Heptadecene （9.29%）, Heptadecane （9.07%） and so on compound. |
