| 摘 要： | 目前,各高职院校都面临着实训基地设备简陋,容量不足,高水平实训教师短缺的问题。为转变这种状况,高职院校在实训基地建设中,要开展产学研合作,实训基地要采取企业化管理的方式,才能多方受益。

| Abstract: | At present,all higher vocational colleges face the problem of practical training equipment simple and crude,not enough and lacking of good teachers.In order to change this situation,vocational colleges should conducting production-teaching-research combination,implement way of enterprise management to make each side get benefit during base construction. |
