| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,分析了制约中国足球后备人才成长的原因,主要包括：缺乏文化的自觉;早期专业化训练与文化课学习矛盾突出;培养单位收费过高;培养模式存在局限性等。建议：根除＂假赌黑＂毒瘤,净化足球文化环境;探索足球与教育的结合,依托学校培养足球后备人才;体育总局和教育部联合开展校园足球联赛活动,推动足球运动在校园的普及;将五人制足球纳入中小学体育校本课程,培养学生的足球兴趣;培养高质量的足球教练员,派遣大批优秀教练员下基层等。以期为中国足球后备人才的中、长期规划以及培养模式改革提供有价值的参考,从而促进竞技足球事业的可持续发展。
