| 摘 要： | 基于计算机速度的提高,把分水岭变换和GVF模型与病理专业知识相结合,实现了胃癌病理切片显微图像的细胞核分割。利用分水岭变换得到细胞核的初始轮廓,然后利用GVF模型逼近得到细胞核的终止轮廓。实验表明,组合算法的分割效果较好。
