| 摘 要： | 目前,新建本科院校已成为我国高等教育的一支重要力量,其人才培养模式的选择,不仅直接影响这些学校的办学质量和效益,而且将长期影响我国整个高等教育的办学质量和水平。新建本科院校选择和构建人才培养模式,必须适应经济社会发展变化的需要,充分考虑学校自身的发展环境和竞争实力,从学科、专业、课程、管理等方面进行不懈的改革和建设,进而形成具有鲜明特色的人才培养模式。我院作为新建地方本科院校,近年来在这方面作了较为系统的初步探索。

| Abstract: | At present,new-promoted universities are of importance in higher education field,whose mode of cultivating talents not only has direct impact on quality and benefit of running them,but also influences the quality and level of running higher education.In hence,how to select and construct the mode of cultivating talents in these new universities is becoming a focus.It must meet the economic and social development,take a thorough consideration of their own developmental environment and competing strength,make unremitting reforms and construction in discipline,specialty,curriculum and management so as to make the mode distinctive.Xinzhou Teachers Universities,as one of new-promoted universities,has made such primary exploration in this respect systematically in recent years. |
