| Abstract: | During the period of experimental teaching in Fermentation Engineering,it is essential to carry out the teaching reform assisted with multi-levels experimental teaching system through the careful selection of the experimental contents,the implementation of open-ended experiment teaching,improve management and reform of experimental teaching evaluation methods,in order to achieve the cultivation of innovative and multi-purpose talents. |
