| 摘 要： | 虚拟R&D团队是成员跨越时间、空间和关系的界限,通过技术的使用以完成相互依赖的R&D任务的团队,它的特征是"虚拟性".依据虚拟R&D团队的内涵和特征,揭示出团队成员之间的知识共享存在共享激励、囚徒困境、道德风险、合作关系不确定、共享效率等障碍,并提出了促进虚拟R&D团队成员间知识共享的五个相关对策.
