| 摘 要： | 城市人力资源的培育和开发,市民文化品位和综合素质的提高是学习型城市建设的基础。社区是学习型城市建设的主要载体。学习型城市建设背景下,社区教育要在资源整合,平台建设,制度设计等方面有所作为,进一步拓宽社区教育的形式和内容,通过转变观念,完善队伍,加强实验项目等措施,推动社区教育的改革发展,为学习型城市建设服务。

| Abstract: | The cultivation and development of urban human resources ,the improvement of cul-tural taste and comprehensive quality of citizens are the basis of the construction of a learning city. The community is the main carrier of the learning city construction. Against the learning city con-struction,community education should make achievements on resource integration,platform con-struction and system design to enrich the forms and content of community education,and promote the reformation and develop community education by changing ideas,improving the construction of professionals and promoting pilot projects to service learning city construction. |
