摘    要:个性化教育作为一项系统工程,在实施过程中需要各种理论作支撑,脱离理论指导的个性化教育难以达到预期教育目的,通过研究个性化教育理论基础中的管理学理论,分析高职院校学生工作实施个性化教育所需的理论依据,以期达到高职院校学生工作科学化要求,为高职院校培育高素质技能型人才作垫基。

Abstract:Individualized education as a system engineering, needs various supporting theories throughout implementation. Individ- uatized education without supporting theory is difficult to achieve desired aims. This paper aims to meet scientific requirements of vo- cational student affairs administration, and provide a base to cultivate high - quality talents in higher vocational colleges through re- search on management the ory in individualized educational theory, analysis of the theoretical basis of the implementation of individ- ualized education of vocational student affairs administration.
