| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业难,除了受到社会体制、经济形势的影响,毕业生就业竞争力不足也是一个重要的原因。本文分析了大学毕业生就业竞争力的内涵和制约因素,建议大学生提前做好学业与职业规划,提升综合素质能力。同时高校也要优化专业与课程的设置,实行全面的就业指导教育。

| Abstract: | University graduates employment, apart from the social system, the impact of the economic situation, employment competitiveness is one of the most important reasons. This paper analyses the connotation and restrictive factors of university graduates＇Employment Competitiveness. Suggested that students do education and occupation planning, enhance the comprehensive ability. At the same time, colleges also should optimize the specialty and the curriculum, the employment guidance education comprehensive. |
