| 摘 要： | 针对水泥制品产品在生产过程中存在的质量问题，采取了相应的技术手段，同时将QC（全面质量管理）的理论用于产品生产工艺中，取得了良好的经济效益，通过具体的生产实例更进一步证明了质量管理过程中QC的重要性。
