| 摘 要： | 根据教育的层次和职业教育的发展规律,可将高技能型人才的素质由低到高分为三个层次:第一层次——职业技能素质;第二层次—职场应变素质;第三层次—专业创新素质。它们对学生的前途支持分别是:就业、应变和创业。从社会经济发展对人才的要求、消费文化特征的影响与世界职业教育的发展趋势来看,三个层次素质的重要性是递增态势的。根据社会发展趋势的要求,必须对三个层次素质的培养在教育中作出正确定位,并依据它们的特点制定相应的实施策略,为打造职业院校品牌奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | According to the gradations of education and the developing law of professional education , the qualities of qualified personnel with higher techique can be classified to three gradations :the first gradation-quality of professional technique ,the second gradation- quality of handling change in employment market , the third gradation -quality of innovation in a specific field .They can help students to obtain employment, to handle an emergency ,to found an undertaking in their futures. In the light of demand of economic development , influence of consumption culture ,and the develop tendency of vocational education ,the importance of qualities of the three gradations is increasing . It's necessary to fix properly the positions of qualities training of the three gradations in education, then to formulate relevant strategy for doing spadework to set up a well-known brand of vocational institution on the basis of their characteristics. |
