| 摘 要： | 足球彩票是彩票的一个重要组成部分,在国外已经有较为成功的动作经验.国外许多国家都发行足球彩票,并且足球彩票已成为这些国家体育经费的主要来源.本文就国外足球彩票的发展、管理模式、资金收入的分配和使用情况进行了分析和论述,对我国足球彩票业的发展提出建议.
