| 摘 要： | 以虚拟参考咨询服务政策为研究对象，在调研国内外相关政策及其现状的基础上，提出虚拟参考咨询服务政策的框架体系及其内容，并对虚拟参考咨询服务政策内容进行详细阐述，以期为我国虚拟参考咨询服务政策建设和实践工作提供可资借鉴的参考依据。
