| 摘 要： | 行政机关内部权力监督与制约,是人民代表大会制度下对权力进行有效监督与有效制约的重要内容之一。本文认为,行政机关内部的权力制约机制,应当从三个方面完善,即:中央与地方政府之间的相互制约机制、政府各部门之间的相互制约机制和行政机关内部行政程序上的相互制约机制。

| Abstract: | Authority supervision and restriction of inner Bureaus and Administration is one of important content about effective supervision and restriction under the system of national people's congress.This article said: there are three aspects should be perfected about the inner authority restriction of Bureaus and Administration,System of restriction between the Central Committee of CPC and local government,System of restriction about different department of government and the system of restriction about administrative procedure of inner Bureaus and Administration. |
