| 摘 要： | 教师是实施素质教育的关键因素,文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对跆拳道教师的素质结构进行分析研究,认为素质结构包括思想道德素质、专业素质、合理的知识结构、人格魅力和个性心理等方面。提出通过改善人事制度,提高重视程度;增强竞争意识,培养创新精神;提供培训机会;培养和谐的师生关系等途径来改善高校跆拳道教师的素质结构。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the essential of Quality Education.The article analyzes and researches the composition of the Tae Kwon Do teachers' quality with the methods of document,data and logical analysis,considering that the compositions include the quality of morality and profession,reasonable structure of knowledge,characteristic charm,characters.The paper suggest to improve the teachers' quality by the means of advancing the personnel system,paying quite attention,strengthening the competitive consciousness,developing creative spirit,providing training chances and developing harmonic relationship between students and teachers. |
