| 摘 要： | 笔者以现代教学论为理论依据,通过多年的教学实践尝试,结合套路新规则的实施情况总结规划了高校武术专业套路教学中存在的问题,并设计了武术教学的优化方案,试图通过武术优化教学方案的实施,解决高校武术专业教学学时数量与教学系统化的矛盾,力求使学生在有限的时间内取得最好的学习效果,并以此引起人们对武术教学理论与实践研究的重视.

| Abstract: | The author tried to do taolu teaching practice with modem teaching theory basis in these years, and he combined with the enforcement of new rules to summarize the teaching problems in Wushu professional teaching of college and designed the optimization scheme of the Wushu teaching .He attempts to solve the contradiction of teaching systematization and duration quantity of Wushu professional teaching in college through the enforcement of the optimization teaching scheme, the aim is to make the student learn effectively in limited time, and to make people focus on the Wushu teaching theory and practicing research. |
