| Abstract: | The paper majorly expounded the characteristic of speciality and management on State Key Laboratory Open Foundertion and contrasted the management on State Key Laboratory Open Foundertion with the National Natural Science Foundation. Through the contrast between two kinds of managements, the paper pointed out the defect of Open Foundation management and gave some suggestions on mangement of Open Foundation. |
