| 摘 要： | 近代商业教育萌生于新学兴起、商业发展的时代背景之下，除大学堂设有商学科、普教系统加开商学课程外，归属于实业教育系统的商业学堂是开展商业教育的主要实体。较之以往的学徒制教育，近代商业学校教育的课程设置更为系统、学理更为深奥，教育目标更注重务实达用。

| Abstract: | The upsurge of commercial education comes into being with the development of business and new-style education in China.Universities offer business courses with liberal education added to the commercial curriculum.The business schools in the educational system of industry and commerce are the mainstay of the commercial education.Contrasting conventional traders with the new type of merchants educated by the capitalist business institutions,the author finds these characteristics: the capitalist business education,compared with the prior apprentice system,is more systematic,the theory more abstruse,and the instructional objectives more pragmatic. |
