| 摘 要： | 学校文化是整个文化的一部分，是社会文化的亚文化。学校文化建设是学校发展的应有之义与必然诉求，包括学校物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设和行为文化建设。学校文化的核心内容是精神文化中的办学思想、教育理念、价值观念和思维方式等。
