语言的意义阐释性质与外语教学

摘    要:外语教学的目的旨在使学生具备运用目的语进行听说读写译的语用能力。目的语运用包括意义理解与表述这两个涉及言语输入与输出的互动过程。这一过程的确立在很大程度上基于语言的一般性与个别性以及词义和意义之间的非等同关系。这一关系从句法发展的纵聚合层面反映了阐释对于凸现意义,推动语用所产生的关联作用。意义作为语言的灵魂,是语用的目的与内容,而阐释的关联性则是语用的动力之一,因而,意义理解与表述具有阐释性质。学生语用能力培养涉及意义理解与表述,意义的阐释性质具有内在作用。

Abstract:Foreign language teaching aims at helping our student s develop the ability to use the target language for pragmatic effect through th e use of listening, speaki ng, reading, writing and translation. As the use of target language includes the interaction between language input and output that concerns the quality of comp rehension and expression, the truth of inequality between word sense and meaning involved with individuality through generality of language is essential to the process of target language practice. The above-mentioned interaction invites the role of interpretation through the agency of relevance viewed from the angle of paradigmatic development and thus makes meaning required conspicuous to the sus tained pragmatic process since the soul of language is meaning in communication. As the relevance of interpretation works as pragmatic core for comprehension an d expression, the quality of foreign language teaching is inseparable from the e xchanges between comprehension and expression justified with the part of interpr etation.
