| Abstract: | The subjective effects of a teacher exist in teaching. The effects and orientations of teaching rely on the teaching thought, teaching capability, strategic level, knowledge construction together with the outlook and attitude to life, which a teacher has and holds. In this essay, the author describes the subjective significance and effects of a teacher in English teaching circumstance of ours, with a dialectical viewpoint. |
