摘    要:教师的主体作用体现在教,教师的教学思想、教学能力、策略水平、知识结构以及世界观和人生取向等诸多因素决定教的作用力和导向性。本旨在以辩证的观点阐述我国英语教学环境中,教师作为教的主体的意义和作用。

Abstract:The subjective effects of a teacher exist in teaching. The effects and orientations of teaching rely on the teaching thought, teaching capability, strategic level, knowledge construction together with the outlook and attitude to life, which a teacher has and holds. In this essay, the author describes the subjective significance and effects of a teacher in English teaching circumstance of ours, with a dialectical viewpoint.
