| 摘 要： | 分析近年珠三角＂用工荒＂产生的原因及对惠州市的影响。从政府、企业和社会管理的角度,提出惠州市应加大对新生代农民工的技能培训,加大产业结构的转型升级,以企业文化促进员工与企业的共同发展,让新生代农民工更好地融入城市等对策建议。
