| 摘 要： | 佛山市经济社会飞速发展,可是会计人才培养却跟不经济社会发展的步伐,存在着用人单位对会计人才不够重视、会计人才的后续教育流于形式、高素质的会计领军人严重缺乏等系列问题,本文将结合佛山市会计人才培养存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | The accountant training in Foshan fails to keep pace with its rapid social and economic development now.Reasons are many,such as employers' inadequate attention to accountants,further education for accountants becoming a mere formality,and the severe shortage of high-quality accounting leaders.This paper analyzes the existing problems with accountant training in Foshan and puts forward some solutions. |
