| 摘 要： | 笔者认为篮球的商业价值是职业篮球运动发展水平的重要标志，篮球的商业价值依赖篮球市场的开发程度，其市场为企业内部的结构调整和资金重组提供了条件。笔者还对职业篮球商业价值及我国篮球市场发展中存在的问题进行了分析和研究。
