| 摘 要： | 经济社会发展对应用型人才的迫切需求是高等教育改革面临的首要任务,开放大学作为高等教育体系中的一份子,人才培养仍是其办学的首要目标和根本任务。经过多年的探索和改革,开放大学明确了职业性应用型人才培养目标,而职业性应用型人才的本质特征是职业能力。依据《国际教育标准分类法》、经济发展阶段与人才结构关系理论和生源特点,在技术技能型人才培养目标下,开放大学需要构建由专业能力、发展能力、方法能力和社会能力构成的四维职业能力体系。

| Abstract: | The urgent demand of economic and social development for application-oriented talents is the primary task facing the reform of higher education. The Open University is one part of higher education system, its talent training is still its primary goal and fundamental task. After several years of exploration and reform, the Open University has made clear the training goal of vocational application-oriented personnel, but the essential feature of these personnel is vocational competencies. According to the International Standards Classification of Education, the theory of relationship between economic development stage and talent structure as well as the characteristics of source of students, with the training of technical talents as the goal, the Open University needs to build a four-dimensional vocational ability system composed of professional ability, development ability, method ability and social ability. |
