| 摘 要： | 电子文档在实际管理和利用中面临的问题日益突出。存在着电子文档的形成与档案管理脱钩,多媒体等技术更新过快,电子文档永久保管难度大,电子文件真实、完整和可靠性缺少有效技术支撑等主要问题。电子文件的运作和管理应与档案管理实现同步,加快制定统一标准和确立规范化归档程序,改变电子文档结构使其脱离对技术环境的依赖,解决电子文件真实性问题。

| Abstract: | The problem that the electronic file faces in managing and utilizing actually is appearing day by day. Using his own practice at work,the author have proposed some ways and countermea sures about the operation and management such as the electronic file should realize moving ahead simultaneously with file administration, accelerate making and seeking unity of standard and establishing the standardization and filing the procedure , change electronic file structure,make it break away from technological reliance of environment etc. |
