| Abstract: | Facing the increasing competition of comprehensive national strength based on economic power, scientific and technical power, national defense power and national convergence power, the task of reform, development and keeping stability becomes strenuous and arduous, which impels us to reconsider the work of education and training of cadres. As universities and colleges are the cradles for all kinds of talents, it is necessary to study and explore the strategies and methods of education and training of cadres there. |
