| 摘 要： | 为了克服现行体育选项课的诸多不足,本文提出了乒乓球选项课应该向乒乓球俱乐部课内外一体化模式迈进的观点,实践证明这种模式是可行与有效的。乒乓球俱乐部课内外一体化模式有助于乒乓球指导教师的教学,有助于学生技术水平、健康水平的提高以及健康生活方式的形成。

| Abstract: | To overcome the shortcomings of current sports elective course this paper puts forwards table tennis elective course should come near to the table tennis club mode of unifinication of internal and external lesson.After practising we have proved this kind of mode is feasible and effective.It is helpful for the teaching of the guidance teacher of table tennis and students' forming healthy way of life as well as raising students' technical level and healthy living level. |
