| 摘 要： | 高等学校作为国家和区域创新体系的重要组成部分,是培养高层次创新人才的重要基地,是基础研究和高技术领域原始创新的主力军之一,承担着服务国家、地方重大需求和推进科技进步的双重责任。创建大学科技园就是要发挥大学的科技、人才、信息等优势,促进科技成果的转化,培育高新技术企业,加快高新技术产业的发展,而建立科学、高效的科技成果孵化与产业化创新服务平台,对于推进大学科技园为经济社会发展服务,具有重要的现实意义。
