| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设中,发展农村专业协会不仅必须而且迫切。发展无外乎涉及到数量和质量两个方面:数量的发展,一靠规划引导,二靠政策扶持;质量的发展,一靠业务指导,二靠自我运行机制的完善。发展农村专业经济协会无疑必须围绕着规划、政策、指导和机制等四方面来求解对策。

| Abstract: | It is necessary and urgent to develop rural specialized associations in the construction of the new countryside.The development mainly consists of quantity and quality.The quantity development relies on planning and policy;while the quality development depends on operational guidance and perfection of self-operating mechanism.The development of rural specialized economic association should undoubtedly focus on measures of planning,policy,guidance and mechanism. |
