| 摘 要： | 政府和私人合作模式(PPP模式)近年来在我国高速公路建设领域得到日益广泛的运用,定价问题是高速公路PPP项目决策的关键问题。从系统研究的角度,首次将高速公路PPP项目定价理论分为基于系统的定价理论和非系统的定价理论,并对不同定价理论的研究现状进行了综述,分析其优缺点;其次结合高速公路PPP项目自身的特点,对其定价理论的适用性进行了分析,指出双层目标规划模型是一种适合其特点的定价方法。
