| 摘 要： | 知识在交流中形成知识流,为使知识流健康发展,科学、全面地评价知识流的绩效至关重要。采用BP神经网络的方法解决企业知识绩效评价的问题,建立企业知识绩效评价模型,并结合算例进行分析。应用示例表明该模型具有较高的精度和效率,在知识绩效评价中具有较好的应用价值。
