| 摘 要： | 科技与金融的结合是实施自主创新战略、建设创新型区域的重要基础。介绍了国内外科技金融结合发展的四种模式,并比较分析了他们的优劣。同时,在研究广东科技金融的现有做法和存在问题的基础上,借鉴国内外科技金融发展模式的成功经验,提出广东科技金融结合模式的路径选择。
