| Abstract: | Under the background of Guanzhong Tianshui economic zone construction and Xi' an-Xianyang integration,it has become an urgent key issue to co-ordinate scientific and technological resources to serve local economic and social development.It is the only way to develop Xianyang in new era by coordinating scientific and technological resources,constructing science and technology platform system,stabilizing investment system and constructing long-term development mechanism of talents. |
