| 摘 要： | 广东在经济发展过程中,科技计划项目对广东省的技术创新和知识产权建设起到了重要作用。但广东科技计划项目知识产权管理的政策措施与项目的增长速度、发展规模不相适应。应当在全面分析广东科技计划项目知识产权管理政策的基础上,及时进行政策调整与优化,对科技计划项目实行全流程管理,实现科技项目与知识产权的全方位衔接,推动广东自主知识产权创造与产业化应用。
