| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法,以构建国际体育知名城市为研究视角,分析上海市竞技体育后备人才培养的对策与建议.对上海市竞技体育后备人才的培养现状及存在问题进行综合分析.提出上海市竞技体育后备人才培养应以"科学发展观"为指导思想,以"国际性"、"有特色"、"多元化"为战略目标,以"集团化、集群化与集约化"为战略选择. |
