Internal Logic and Realization Path of Data Reconstruction Platform Business Model Innovation |

| Abstract: | As a new innovation element, data resource is profoundly influencing and reconstructing the platform business model, but theoretical research lags behind the innovative practice of the current data-driven platform business model. This paper proposes that the basic element dimension of data-driven platform business model innovation should be expanded from two-dimensional (business and subject) to three-dimensional (data, subject and business), based on the perspective of data resources as independent elements. Our results show that:(1) The reconstruction of traditional resource elements by data resources includes three combination types: business reconstruction, actor reconstruction and the integration reconstruction of actor and business;(2) There are three realization paths for data-driven platform business model innovation: reconstructing from the supply side to achieve value proposition push innovation, reconstructing from the demand side to achieve value use pull innovation, and the combination of push and pull interactive innovation is realized by the interactive reconstruction of the supply side and demand side. To sum up, this paper constructs the logical analysis framework of business model innovation of data reconstruction platform. Our research work further expands and deepens the theoretical system of data-driven platform business model innovation. |
