摘    要:阐述脑机接口技术自身和技术应用可能带来的隐私风险,以及这种风险所带有的新特征,并试图从技术本身、法律与伦理这3个角度给出解决上述问题的框架.

Brain-computer interface privacy risk governance
Abstract:With the gradual maturity of brain-computer interface technology, its application scenarios have gradually expanded, gradually shifting from scientific research to social applications. However, the problems it brings have gradually attracted attention. Among them, the privacy issues it caused have attracted more and more attention from all parties. The possible brain data leakage caused by it has become one of the key research objects. By expounding the privacy risks that technology itself and its application may bring, as well as the new characteristics of such risks, this paper provides a framework to solve the above problems from the perspectives of technology itself, law and ethics.
