| 摘 要： | 从保证公平公正的角度阐述了高校设备采购信息管理的必要性,强调高校设备采购在事前、事中、事后三个阶段均应做好信息公开和保密工作。事前公开拟采购信息、征集供应方案,保证商家公平参与竞争。事中依法公开招标采购信息,保证招投标公正性;事后对外公布采购结果,并做好校务公开。指出了我国高校设备采购在前、中、后三个阶段的保密工作中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborated on the necessity of the university disclosure and confidentiality in equipment procurement information management from the perspective of ensuring fairness and equity,emphasizing that university equipment procurement information disclosure and confidentiality should be guaranteed before,during and after the procurement.It pointed out the problems of confidentiality in equipment procurement in Jinan University and put forward some countermeasures. |
