| 摘 要： | 知识服务是知识经济时代社会发展的需要,是实施知识管理促进档案事业发展的需要。本文阐述了档案知识服务的内涵、档案知识服务与信息服务之间的联系;分析了网络知识服务的优势,提出了档案知识服务系统构建的方法以及档案知识服务的实现策略。
