摘    要:徽商是一支儒商,文化品位较高,是其他商帮难以比拟的。徽商之被称为“徽骆驼”,这与受儒家教育有一定的关系。在徽商的经营观念中,主要有效益观念、质量观念、名牌观念、信誉观念、法律观念、途程观念。这些大多与经商的道德观念密切相关。徽商的社交文化是“立体”的,即上自天子,下至村夫,都与之相交;同时,又是“全方位”的,即与士农工贾均相与往还。徽商店堂文化既是为招徕顾客,又是为告诫店内成员。

Abstract:Huizhou merchants were a group of people with strong cultural backgrounds and tastes, which no merchants from other areas could match. Because of the education they received in the doctrine of Confucius and Mencius, the Huizhou merchants were also known as the Huizhou camels. The essence of their business concepts mainly included: efficiency, quality, brand, trust, laws and approaches etc., which were more closely related with their business ethics. Being sociable, the Huizhou merchants enjoyed extensive network of connections, which was vertically up to the kings and down to the villagers, and horizontally to every scope of the society. Their shopkeeping culture was not only to solicit customers but also to warn shop assistants.
