摘 要: | 对22名有体育特长男女大学生进行运动疲劳试验,分别在运动前、运动后立即及第2天取血,分离血清并测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同工酶、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性.结果:运动后血清酶活性均有明显升高,同工酶亦有变化,第2天逐渐恢复并接近正常水平.结论:运动疲劳在一定程度上可引起组织细胞膜损伤,但这种损伤是可逆的,在短期内即可恢复.

Serum Enzyme Activities Change during the Exercise Fatigue and Its Recovering |

Abstract: | Objective to the methods of contending against the exercise fatigue and raise the exercise achievement. Method: the CK, LDH and there is enzyme which ALT activities were investigated in 22 trained youth volunteers before and after acute exercise fatigue. Result: the data obtained suggest that the serum enzyme activities are also changed partly. The serum enzyme activities change recover gradually to normal level after 24 hours. Conclusion: acute exercise fatigue can damage the structure of cell membrane, but the damage may recover in short period. |
