| 摘 要： | 苏州评弹的历史渊源可以追溯到16至17世纪的晚明，评弹艺术从诞生之初便吮吸着苏州文化的乳汁。承受着晚明以来新兴思潮的濡染，展现出富有近代色彩的文化特征；商业刺激是推动评弹艺术不断发展的最直接、最有效的动力，商业竞争也给评弹发展带来了诸多弊病；雅致与细腻的苏州文化决定了评弹的艺术风格与审美情趣，充满地域特色的评弹艺术成为苏州乃至江南地区重要的文化符号。

| Abstract: | The historical origin of story-telling and ballad singing in Suzhou dialect can be traced back to the16 and 17 centuries in the late Ming Dynasty, and from its birth, this art displayed the modern cultural features by absorbing the culture of Suzhou and getting immersed in the emerging thoughts since the late Ming Dynasty.
