| 摘 要： | 基于条件价值评估法(CVM)对福州茉莉花种植与茶文化系统农业文化遗产的非使用价值进行初步研究。以实地调研的方式进行支付意愿问卷调查,共发放问卷700份,回收有效问卷663份。对有效问卷进行统计分析,结果表明:农民的支付意愿率与支付意愿值均明显低于城镇居民,农民与城镇居民支付意愿率分别为71.93%和60.06%,最大平均支付意愿值分别为25.67元/a和64.56元/a,最终估算出2013年福州茉莉花种植与茶文化系统农业文化遗产的非使用价值约为1.51亿元。经Probit与Logit回归分析表明:有无捐赠历史行为与收入水平是影响农民受访者是否有支付意愿和支付值的主要因素;而城镇居民不仅受有无捐赠历史行为与收入水平的影响,还受文化程度的影响。

| Abstract: | The non-use value of the jasmine planted and tea cultural system was evaluated using the contingent valuation method (CVM),a popular method for evaluating the economic value of ecosystems. A questionnaire of payment card CVM was developed and sent to 700 people;660 usable responses were received. Data analysis revealed that the willingness of urban residents to pay for the non-market value of this agricultural heritage reached 71.93%. For farmers this value was 60.09%. Willingness to pay for farmers and urban residents was 25.67 CNY/a and 64.56 CNY/ a,respectively. The non-use value of the jasmine planted and tea cultural system was 2.1×108 CNY in 2013,which also showed that income level and donor history played an important role in farmer decisions about whether to pay and how much to pay. Income level,donor history and the level of education played a key role in urban residents'decisions according to Probit Regression and Logit Regression analyses. The jasmine plantation and tea cultural system is the verge of collapse,but has economic,cultural,landscape and ecological values. Evaluating the non-use value of the cultural heritage of this system in Fuzhou based on the CVM provides a reference for policy decisions regarding its protection. |
