| 摘 要： | 根据排球扣球的技术原理，运用视觉标记对助跑步幅、助跑时的重心轨迹、空中挥臂时机和击球过网点，给以可视性的具体提示和诱导强化。研究结果证明，在扣球教学中运用视觉标记，有利于初学更好地掌握这一难度大的技术。

| Abstract: | According to technical principles of volleyball spikes,vision marks were used to give hint to,to induce and to reinforce vision of approach run steps,gravity locus of approach run, opportunity of swing arm and point of hitting. The result demonstrated that vision marks could help the learners have a better command of face spikes. |
